I want to know anything that is going to happen to me in life.

The problem is that my boss is not giving me enough responsibilities based on the experience I have . In addition to this a colleague is being so competitive with me . He is such a jerk !! My boss seems to value this colleague more even though I am working hard too ! Today I was close to tears and angry because I wasn’t getting the type of assignments to learn at work . I was wondering if there were any laws concerning psychic services, specifically tarot card reading in Washington and California. I have been reading tarot for a very long time. I was thinking I would hand out calling cards to clients and read in my own home. Is this legal?
