These places mostly are "one stop shopping" since they do every kind of fortune telling along with selling media, candles, and related trinkets. Just being an astrologer does not make money for most. They have to pay taxes and need a license to operate. I'm sure if you start an online business, the IRS will want their cut. Of course the consumer does not have any protection from fraud. Degrees are for show. No astrologer is going to really be tested, let alone pass one. Though you would think a scientifically proved astrologer could name their price and get it.
