I have some psychic abilities. I have studied tarot card reading and in all of the books, the seeker ( the one asking the question ) has to be present during the reading. The seeker shuffles the cards and then they are read by the reader. How these telephone and e-mail tarot readers get by with what they claim, I do not know. Most professional readers charge $35.00 or more for their services.
