Freckles of the palms and soles are very infrequent. If you have only one or two spots I would suggest these may be post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation resulting from minor trauma to the site. Occasionally, congenital areas of increased pigmentation may be present on a palm. While I doubt that this is a pre-malignant lesion I would encourage you to see your board certified dermatologist for an exact definition and understanding of what the lesion really is.

u need to see a reader in person…i cant tell u crap by u telling me what u see cuz every little thing on ur hand effects all the lines
