As an Atheist, I could hardly believe that despite our achievement in science and technology, we still believe in this crap. You would expect to see psychics in 3rd world countries where shamans rule the villages, not in America.

Like someone once said .."The preacher’s stopped preachin’ and gone to medlin’!" Do you ever resent psychics knowing private things about your life? (Psychics.. please don’t get mad at me or them..you should want to know these things..how people feel about what you do.)
I don’t mean when you go to a psychic looking for answers..I mean just in regular life…if you know a psychic.
Did you ever know one who said "I know" to every thing you said?

Almost all psychics use a method called cold reading, where they use visual clues from the person they are giving a reading to and very vague statements in order to make people think that they can tell the future or talk to the dead. Do you think most psychics know that they are using cold reading and are being dishonest? Or do you think that they are so naturally good at cold reading that they think that they are really psychic?

I know Catholics think that psychics are bad, but Episcopalians do tend to be more "liberal" so to speak so what is their view? Also… if they don’t believe in psychics either what is the real reasoning behind it I’ve never really gotten the whole point of it?

Please explain, and what was the psychics name?

I know it’s rude to ask for that. If I could pay, I would. I just know in the past I have talked to psychics from Yahoo Answers who were kind and willing to do free readings. Are any of them still here?

How can someone with psychic ability "read" someone over the internet? I’ve seen tons of people put questions out here for psychics to answer, but can it actually be done? Besides the screen name, all you have on the net to go by is the way the person phrases their question. Isn’t that just being a cold reader?

alrite well me and my friends wanted to go to a psychic for halloween..just for fun..i was wondering if psychics have like partys or like readings for like a small group of people and if so what would we do during the reading(like what would she do like read our palms or what)

Could it be there are prophets who use their gift for more than just giving a prophetic word for examply helping police find a criminal? They use their gift for good and not just to make money and their source of information is God but they choose to be discrete and call themselves psychics. Are there such people in the world?

without elaborating too much, i was thinking of how its illegal to represent yourself as a medical professional in any way. & i started thinking about psychics as well & youtubing some stuff on it & im kind of shocked that its not illegal.

Snicker, that "vine" person is just like all the other psychics… she says she predicted an earthquake on that day (she didn’t say where it would be and there are earthquakes almost every day somewhere) but she only lets us know AFTER the fact. Hell, I can do that.
