I was recently given a pack of Dragon Tarot cards (Pracownik/Donaldson). Unfortunately, I am missing the booklet to the deck, along with the arcana card, Justice.

According to most historians, Tarot cards were originally intended for card games and not for divination. However in countries such as the US, Tarot cards are only sold for fortune telling purposes and most Americans only associate Tarot with divination. Do you believe this situation should change? Would you play actual card games with Tarot? Should Tarot publishers supply game rules with Tarot decks?
In the book that came with my Tarot cards it says the "Positive" meaning if the card and the "Negative". Am I supposed to you the Negative part when the card is reversed? And if so, how do you know if the card is reversed in the first place.
I usually just shuffle and cut the cards and deal them out in a spread. Am I doing something wrong?

I am trying to learn how to learn how to do tarot card readings with regular playing cards, but every website I have gone to so far have not said what the inverted meanings of all the cards are. I know it would be a lot easier to just go out and buy a regular deck of tarot cards, but my parents refuse to allow me to get them. Help please?
